Great Travel Guide From Grant Wahl and More Updates Coming

I've got a lot of updates in the works and they'll be posting in the next few days. For today, however, I wanted to direct you to a great travel guide put together by Sports Illustrated writer Grant Wahl. There are tons of good bits in there.

Simon Haydon of the AP wrote a complimentary piece that focuses more on security.

Taking Grant Wahl's advice to fly Delta, I checked prices for a hypothetical Staurday-to-Saturday trip from 11 June to 26 June. They're quoting $3200 for a coach seat! Using flexible departure dates I see a departure on Monday the 14th and return on Saturday the 26th through Monday the 28th drops the fare down to $2400.
Well then, with prices varying as much as $800, plus the uncertainty of which cities we'll be playing in, I think I have my answer as to when I should book my flight. The WC draw is on December 4 and once that is over we'll know our venues and match days. I'll plan on booking a flight shortly after the draw.
